Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at ericssond057@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
